“Today, our environment is so connected that online surveys have become a preferred tool for brands looking to understand the behaviors, preferences, and opinions of their target audience.“
The solution allows us to collect feedback at different product lifecycle stages.
For example, to test the quality of products that have been industrialized. Of course, we have quality tests, but often these aspects are addressed upstream and are not directly related to production. This is where the value of this approach lies: it allows us to test products at the final production stage, the one the consumer will see. This gives us the opportunity to test this mechanism with consumers for any product.
We also use it to inform product development. It's a way to get feedback to enrich the Product Line Managers' briefs. These two questions will be answered by using the Igonogo platform, with the ability to create and send our studies and to view and understand the results on the dashboard.

I had the option of another well-known platform, the first solution presented to me internally, which I had already used but found to be not very ergonomic and unintuitive. For example, there are specific links and connections to remember for certain information or questions. I had already conducted a first study with that software, but ultimately, the study didn't work out very well.
When I was about to conduct my second wave of studies for the next season, someone internally introduced me to Igonogo. Right away, I thought it was a much more user-friendly platform for designing and analyzing studies. I also find that what you've provided as a solution, particularly the drag-and-drop visual feature, is a bit like screen games for respondents. There's a gamification aspect to the study that is interesting and much more user-friendly for the customer receiving the questionnaire.
So I decided to test it. In the end, when I presented the results to the teams directly from the Igonogo Dashboard, they found the highlighted information to be extremely clear. Another advantage with Igonogo is that you can show the results directly from the Dashboard to the teams.
Additionally, there are your specific metrics, with that famous explicit vs. implicit score. Initially, I didn't choose Igonogo for this reason, but rather for its ergonomics during design and analysis, and for our respondents. And ultimately, it's very interesting, especially for the "Like, dislike" aspect of a product, or the level of agreement with a statement.
Igonogo has clearly allowed me to create a tool that I will add to my consumer experience toolbox to support Product Line Managers. Now we can gather early feedback for market insights, both to inform their future briefs and to review any quality issues they might need to address later.
I truly see Igonogo as a tool that can be easily reused with templates, and one that everyone can play around with.

We have a dedicated team for each product, including the product manager, developer, designer, and the person responsible for colors and materials. I give presentations to provide the CMI team with consumer feedback to enrich this specific area. The idea is also to implement Igonogo across other categories, so that other people with similar projects can gain insights into what they can implement based on consumer needs and feedback. [SEG 6]
The goal is to continue gathering feedback while developing this easy-to-implement and intuitive feedback approach for other topics, primarily focused on marketing and communication. This includes developing the "testing Journey" that has been established and will be conducted regularly. That's why it's crucial for us that it be templated. Even if it doesn't concern the same product category, it's very easy to modify the questions and visuals.
This aligns with the idea that we will have this type of project every season, regardless. The next step is to open it up to other projects that might require consumer feedback. For example, we need to explore what consumers are sensitive to regarding label display, whether it's size, color, or something else. This could also be implemented based on consumer preferences.

For now, I'd give it a 9, because we're waiting for a new feature to be released that is essential for our CMI teams to become completely autonomous. But otherwise, in terms of support, follow-up, and the proposed solution, it suits me perfectly!
